Different anon but when I was doing Shizuka for previous Group build, I followed approach of Vallejo "German Orange" over black primer (it's actually pinkish red to my taste) and started to go up with AK "sunny skintone" and "luminous flesh", with mixes between for better transitions. As somebody else told me before, skin basically goes in triad of dark - saturated midtone - desaturated highlight but with anime girls the catch is that they rather avoid having too much contrast. Natural girls would rather use something darker as a base like orange-brown or (burnt) sienna.
