These are very valid criticisms of loads of late 90s/early 2000s media, though. Dragon Ball GT? Ocarina of Time? The Matrix? Disney's Dinosaurs? All aged poorly/didn't hold up.

These are true.

Cartoon Network had the best cartoons of the 90s and 2000s, but Jimmy Neutron was still very good and overall better than Dexter's Lab. Dexter's Lab is one of the lesser CN Cartoons from the time. I much prefer EE&E, Courage, GAoB&M, KND, and even Foster's
