East Slavs are all basically 50% R1a.

The variation is that Belarussians are more R1b(Western European) and I2a(South Slavic).

Ukrainians are more J2(Anatolian), E3b(Greek), and Q(Hunnic).

Russians are more N(Finno-Ugric).

But that image is a Russian composite. Ethnic-Russians vary significantly from the White to the Black Sea. Northern Russians are essentially Balts. Southern Russians are more similar to Ukrainians.
