As a radical Xenos Hybris Inquisitor I start a new Cult which worships remaining Eldar gods under a guise of some sort of Saints/aspects of him/his angels/holy servants to the God Emperor. Khaine will become his general, Isha will be a mother of mankind and human life, Cegorach his spy, schemer and a master of whispers and Ynnead mistress of death. Once cult grows in size, this will eventually functionally hijack them from Eldar and empower at this same time, thus freeing them.
Surely nothing will go wrong with it and worship of those saints won't be subverted into a worship of 4 chaos gods which are already coincidentally close to remaining Eldar gods thematically
