My former friend was dating a highly toxic black woman. He told me so many fucked up things that she did to him. She was even arrested for domestic violence at least once, but he kept going back to her because he's a very damaged person. This is the main reason I'm not friends with him anymore. I know it's not going to end well for him and I don't want to have to deal with any part of the fallout when it happens.

I was making a game in Pico-8 and managed to work out a compression scheme to compress 30 maps @ 32x32 tiles each down to just 4 KB (was 30 KB uncompressed). It felt like such a huge accomplishment, especially since you only really get like 8 KB of usable space in Pico-8. Then I got stuck obsessing over a collision bug, burned out over the course of a week without finding a solution and just never went back. That was two and a half years ago. I know I need to go back and finish it but I don't even know where tf I left off.
