I was recently playing Burnout Dominator, which I never liked all that much compared to Revenge, and noticing its upsides: the car handling is much tighter and responsive, even the early game cars feel almost as fast and responsive as the late game cars from Revengeance. The stages are not as well designed but they have more extreme arcadey long S turns for extreme drifting at high speeds that are a lot of fun. The graphics are much worse for some reason, and the game lacks a defined, memorable style when compared to Revenge, but it isn't outright ugly or anything. The soundtrack has a lot of the same tracks, but some bangers were cut out (like An Honest Mistake) and replaced for some meme tracks (HEY HEY YOU YOU I DON'T LIKE YOUR GIRLFRIEND!). Also, the removal of traffick check and traffick attack are crimes. In short, it has better handling (which arguably is the most important thing in a racing game), a good new mechanic in chain link boosts, but worse everything else. Still worth cheching out.
