Not just unrealistic, it's just not real. There are no major feminist groups with national influence outside South Korea (the most insanely gender-polarized nation on Planet earth) that make total separation a major policy platform, and only tiny minorities of citizens who take those ideas seriously.
However, there have been major political groups in every country and society in the world with huge backing from the population, including from women, that advocate for decreasing women's rights ever since democracy was a thing, and before that, it was just a given that you as a woman were a second-class citizen at best.

To think that misandry existed as a social force was understandable for a normie centrist who didn't actually watch the news in 2016, but it's far sillier in 2025 in the midst of the global resurgence of fascism
