Flyte v Tisha is another case of powercreep.

The gust can buff the same person twice if they run through it after the first buff wears off, but the gust is still online. The gust can also buff Flyte himself.
It's a much safer version of Tisha's ability, since you can place the buff ahead of time for someone to use it while you're already running off to do something else.
