Flutter has it rough with the Twisted Astro buff accidentally phasing out 4 star movespeed distractors. Her ability is still pretty good for extending how long she can distractor Vee/Astro at least if she accidentally pulls both, she's on the upper end of the 4 star distractors in my opinion.
Coal isn't even worth mentioning because she's a distractor with ice physics, a role that wants to be able to turn on a dime or instantly accelerate with sprint to outrun certain things with minimal stamina usage.
But yeah, Poppy is easily the worst of the starter-ish Toons. Her main use is being a stepping stone to unlocking Looey who is just Poppy but better. Depends on how you feel about 2 stealth stars.

i find mic check is a very useful support to have with distractors, especially on later floors. they can route through and pick up all the twisteds to loop as soon as they get out of ele. the machine highlight is also really underrated, finding machines becomes a real timesink for large groups. also vee is probably the fastest extractor in the game

She was buffed recently to attempt to address that. She can see 2 machines at a time now (before it was only 1 at a time, which cucked her out of her passive if you were on a floor where you primed a machine) along with her ability having a shorter cooldown.
Yatta is still better if you're just doing runs in public lobbies since you have the move speed to protect yourself without giving up extracting trinkets, but Vee is better in a good group to let the team know what is on the floor ahead of time.
