This is one that inspired an entire series of items in my world, a saint of the god of combat was immortalized by using his bones to make weapons. Even the tiny bones in his ears, which were fit into rings.

Requesting "modern" magic items. I'm running a modern fantasy game where magic is slowly returning after being dead for centuries, like PCs who have magic don't actually know it's magic and kinda just assume they're really lucky until things start getting weird. Whether it's a magic item that's more mundane or one that'll show up later in the game when more magic is returning, I would love to see what you guys have! I'll post a few more generic magic items in the meantime.
