They definitely need to do something about the command, I assraped them back to back in 4 wars with in 20 years, pretty much completely wiping their army every time, annexing the jade mines and draining their cash in the last war, and they still were around completely fine.

Now 10 years later they finally triggered the mage rebellion which seems to actually get rid of them.
