>'Concussive' is a must-have every build.
Couldn't be more wrong, you already stagger everything short of a boss easily, and the main thing you'd use it for in a boss doesn't work beyond the first couple seconds, see image related.
>You want 'Target the Weak'
Most arbites melees when built correctly already two shot most things with a decent amount of buffs, not even at full. Target the weak cannot improve two shots because its damage bonus can only ever apply to a second attack. It does become good in havoc because everything has 50% more HP though.
>Forceful and Executive Order are the only real choices
I'd add here that forceful requires an extra talent point to get to because you don't want any of the preceding talents outside of a very specific exception. +15% melee rending is pure ass with no relevant breakpoints and +75% cleave isn't actually improving damage it just lets you hit more things, you already have to try really hard to exhaust your hit mass cap in auric, and even in havoc any target beyond the third will not get meaningful breakpoints from such decreased damage. True grit is a shitter node in aurics, but in havocs it could save you from a poxburster or crusher one shot, if your team has no golden toughness that is.
>It's still debated which dog keystone is better
None of them are good. The dog deals 160 damage per instance to most human sized targets, and 400 damage to things it can't disable like mutants, unyielding, and other dogs. Neither of them will meaningfully reduce the amount of hits and therefore time required to kill. Execution order is the real MVP here, the dog can only kill stuff relatively fast because of its +150% damage boost, and it also gives you other buffs to yourself, so there's no contest.
>For Break the Line
I would recommend the extra distance node too, it doubles the maximum distance and lets you reach elites if you're not up in their face already.
