Not great at it but I think I've gotten a lot from drawing from life, and then putting away my reference, covering up my drawing, and trying to draw it again from memory. If you're like me you'll fuck up a lot but that's to be expected, just make mental notes of your mistakes (sometimes I write actual notes on the page but you do you). Go to the /Studies/ thread and read the hackmd article in their OP, there's a bunch of screenshots of anon advice near the bottom and links to a ton of resources
