As long as we’re here I’m gonna drop one final recc, this is an audio drama of the highest quality. Michael Sheen as Caligula is my favourite episode, they take the line that all the shit written about Caligula (by the senatorial class) is basically propaganda, there’s a great scene where Caligula says one of his infamous lines and there’s an awkward silence and he says “I was just kidding lol.” Really does make you think about ancient history and how we just have to take the whole thing on faith
