I'm really on the verge of dropping this game entirely. I like the theme and the characters, but the insane effort this game does to prevent you to progress on the story is not normal.

Or may be its normal, but I played several gachas through the years and never crossed paths with one that puts so much effort into locking you from just completing the story-

In any other game I would be already at chapter 17 and every day I would just log in to do dailies and event.
