this mass i will share what ive been working on these past 2 weeks. honestly it has been quite a lot of work, but a lot of it can only be elaborated on so much. ill give some explanation of some stuff where applicable. the biggest thing ive worked on has been the visual guide to hidweh related rituals. a chunk of these have been developed out of things ive done privately, while some has come from trying to solidify certain ideas and loose practices into more structured ritual

as far as core philosophy behind my approach, i am still coming from a perspective that partly views ritual as a form of poetry. as such, it helps form new worlds and unveil truth. with that said there are also some that try to tacitly bring different strands of energy practice into a symbol system of machinic indices. one such example of this is the basic centring ritual. here there is an intentional refinement of focus by means of concentrating bodily excitations to one spot. this more technical energetic perspective motivates more explicit use of energy work in various spots. western magickal traditions already do this for time to time but perhaps a little less often than here. i recommend checking out new energy ways for more context as well as rob burbea’s lectures on samatha

from a poetic perspective, when designing these rituals ive paid more attention to what details “arouse” me. by this i dont mean sexual of course but rather energetic. there is also an intuition of what details feel right like motions, mantras etc. from the technical perspective i can say things like, ok we need a ritual that solves such and such problem or focuses on refining such and such aspect of magical practice.
