Speaking of best campaigns, here's a great one I ended up in.
>bunch of Setites set up a sanctuary in a nominally Anarch but Sabbat-contested town
>the town is in the middle of bumfuck nowhere, surrounded by woods and mountains
>Setites feel strangely comfy exploring those woods, which is usually not the case for vampires
>decide it's unnatural, perform some ooga-booga ritual handwaved by the GM to get a read on the area
>the woods are corrupted to absolute shit and there's a Black Spiral Dancer caern nearby
>Setites send an envoy to them
>envoy is shaking in his boots and sweating like a nigger in a courtroom, nearly botches all of his Presence rolls but manages to get back to the sanctuary without his skin getting turned into a ritual drum
>Dancers have been eyeing the city too, and they really don't like the Anarchs
>Setites propose a truce, Dancers agree and send one of their dudes to the town
>the sanctuary needs money to function, and Anarchs already hold the reins of local alcohol, crack and weed trade, starting an open war with them is not an option
>so the Setites come up with a plan
>they open a bakery, make a couple ghouls and get them to work, baking cakes
>the Dancer also works there, performing Wyrm rituals on every cake
>local fat fucks absolutely love those cakes and start buying them like crazy
>Wyrm corruption gradually makes the fatsos unable to get their sugar kicks from anything else
>in the meantime, Setites crank up the price on cakes to obscene heights
>money is pouring in, and the fatties come crawling, begging and groveling for that tainted sugar fix
>cars and apartments get sold to Setites, fatsos are forced to do all sorts of shit like abducting the local mayor and torturing her to death so that she could later be replaced by a Setite ghoul with plausible deniability
The whole thing ended when a Sabbat pack caught wind of it, chased the Dancer off and left the Setites staked in the sun, but it was hilarious while it lasted.
