I'd put the AC5 below the LRM5 just because the sheer weight inefficiency. Sticking an LRM 5 on something at the cost of 3 tons isn't a total waste of tonnage that the 9 tons of AC5 is.
Shadow Hawk is the perfect example of this. You tear the AC5 out, and almost anything else you put in place is better. You can add in a PPC and some heatsinks, you could start boating LRM5s, you can do tons of things. You tear the LRM5 out, and it's like yeah, you could have a couple extra medium lasers or maybe a bit more armor, but it isn't that big of a deal.
