The intermediate pattern is a H&L variant. I got 14ea size 12&14 dry fly hooks, a spool of 6/0 brown uni thread, a large patch of white calf body hair, two peacock feather tops and 4 whiting brown saddle hackle feathers.

I'll tie up some of these this evening, if I can find the time. If not, tomorrow. I should be able to find time to make a few of the beetles tonight though.
