They tried the same thing in the past and caused the Great Depression.
Turns out when you start fucking with the price of goods at random every week everyone becomes reluctant to buy anything.
Everyone holds onto their money and waits for sanity to be restored. Which crashes the economy.

Doesn't help that they're also dismantling government programs and giving all the money to the jews. The more at risk people feel the more they'll save.
