Can any Mechanicum kings in the thread explain to me how the army actually functions? They’re really cool and very different as an army compared to any other GW army out there

I realize that the new edition is almost here so existing rules advice will is basically meaningless, I mean more in broader strokes of what units do what and what a typical force usually looks like
