Excalibur is A++. Depending on how you take the weird interlude ranks, that depends on the seals unlocked (it was A at first but post-interlude unlocking the strong comrades seal it rose to A++)
To be fair here, Excalibur is a mana amplifier so the output depends on the user and dragon-trait servants hit harder (Nero in Extella is surprised Altera’s blasts reach dragon-like tier), Artoria has Mana Burst etc.
So even if Richard had the actual Excalibur and could use it properly his output should be lower than Artoria’s.
