OC update (Isekai Dark Overlord v1.1)

There were feedback suggestions I could have added and probably some weird parts left that ought to be fixed, but I decided to release it now anyway (I've been sitting on it long enough already).

No major changes really, mostly just more choices, some tweaks (elites cost more, but you have more unit points etc.), and specializations as the brand new thing.
