There are no "option" there is no "picking" in this state. If the people do not vote according to the desires of the state government, they simply force it through anyway, they don't even bother with loopholes anymore. They've done this several times and I have no reason to believe they will stop. WA legitimately has no representation anymore, voting is a formality for anything important.
