Most of the promo images for MGS3 always show Snake in the sneaking suit when he fights Boss for the final fight, so Kaiyodo was thinking people are going to be getting both to recreate the final fight.
But seeing how they handled Ryu Hayabusa with 2 different releases, I could see them doing a second Snake in the jungle fatigues later on. Or you could go for the 3rd party Snake with the soft goods fatigues.
