if its atrophic scars then anything stimulating collagen production will help (20%+ glycolic acid chemical peels, vitamin c serums but there are different kinds so DYOR, retinoids, copper peptides apparently works and obviously retinoids you mentioned and a few more i missed)

lrp cicaplast is great but more as a occlusive, try adding a regular moisturizer (even something like cerave body lotion) before using cicaplast for better hydration
