Except you can't do bundles with removed titles. You cannot purchase DS1 non-DC anymore, so you can't make a bundle with it.
It's not even just hidden from the store like some games (Skyrim comes to mind, the original is there, but you need a direct link).
They even removed the store assets making it look terrible on your profile.
