Picky eaters are the worst.

My only limits are
Outlandish offal like brain, eyeball, genitals
Insects
Anything alive and still wiggling
Whatever the fuck that thing is Chinese women always eat in their mukbang videos
Stupid crazy spicy foods that are only spicy for the sake of being spicy

I'm willing to try almost anything, and if there's something I haven't had it's probably only because I haven't been exposed to it.
The foods I have tried but dislike are African food, anything with the consistency of mucus, canned fruits.
