I'm willing to try almost anything, and if there's something I haven't had it's probably only because I haven't been exposed to it.
The foods I have tried but dislike are African food, anything with the consistency of mucus, canned fruits.
I've never had ostrich, sand hill crane, moose, caribou, seal and saddened to say raccoon.
