Why not if you don't mind me asking? I feel like the engine would allow a gimmick like that if it can allow web-swinging and portals. If you concern is that it'd be too close for lawsuit reasons, they can simply making him a high movement/speed + CC (freezing/slowing) focused strategist or duelist

Idk what Beast could bring up that Venom, Hulk or Thing don't already excel at but Im opened to anything creative.
Cyclops would be neat tho. He could bring a cool sliding and overheat gimmick as well as a really satisfying beam as his ult (think Moira's ult but way cooler and damage-focused)
