I mostly play Invisible Woman and Dagger. If its the former, I'll throw up the ult either to keep pressure on the point or to counter say Squirrel Girl or perhaps Emma. Throw a shield up at a flier (assuming they stay near it) or a secondary ally I can't pocket. Jump to escape, force ball to pressure a doorway or discourage a diver, force push to knock back a Wanda ult or keep people off point. If I'm Dagger, heal bubble can counter Groot's ult or save myself in a pickle. As Cloak I dark shroud the team to save them from Jeff, Wanda, or Iron Man. It's important to mix offensive in with Cloak to scare off the enemy.

Another lesser angle is that since nobody cares about Angela they can do whatever with the kit easily. And nobody will say anything. Jean may have a meta kit but it's boring as sin and Phoenix sucks as a draw but you'll still hear complaints that it's ill fitting.

Divers are basically unhittable for rocket unless cc'd. Too small, too fast, and shooting denies you and the other support healing so it's the worst thing you can do when they are around.

Rocket's gun is strictly situational (tanks up close) hence the lowest damage in the game.

Is being on the Best Coast really the secret to good match quality? I live in Oregon and get shitty comp matches sometimes but not nearly as bad as some of the horror stories I've read on here. Although I do occasionally play "support" when my team needs it (and by that I mean: mantis, Ultron or Invis), I wouldnt call myself best suited to dictate everything about the role.
But as a Vanguard/Duelist main, I'd say that if the strategist ults "must" remain just as strong as they currently are to fulfil that hero type fantasy.
I would suggest the following:
>Keep Strat ult charge rates the same but make all "Healing Circle" ults active for 6 seconds MAX (this is more than enough to counter/protect/heal back from 90% of Vanguard/Duelist ults while rewarding good decision-making skills/reaction time)
>Devs now have to go out of their way to avoid any additional "Healing Circle" ults for the foreseeable future.

NTA but it's a combination of their ults lasting too long and being tied to supports with a strong heal output. Look at Overwatch, Zen ult was never this big of an issue, and why? It's on Zen. A support who outside of ult doesn't pump out an insane amount of heals and who is easy to isolate and shut down. Lucio ult was generally better in some casee, especially as it was a counter to things like Zarya + Tracer bomb, but again, a defensive ult on a support who didn't have the power to keep someone alive under intensive focus fire. Marvel Rivals for some reason gives these defensive ults to supports with a strong base heal output. If Adam had no self rez and had Luna ult instead, it wouldn't be an issue.

Adam's ult (and Adam in general) will be way better next patch, since he will effectively revive allies at full health (30% HP, 70% shields). My fear is that will make the res too good though and it will have a meta around it just like Mercy res did in OW
