I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt here, but the chinks aren't better off either. If the US, the strongest single economy in the world, is struggling to keep up procurement. Then the Chinese, who spend less on their military and have a smaller individual economy (by about half even, and that's if we take them at face value) are gonna be struggling too; unless they ramp up military spending significantly which hurts their economy in the long run, are lying through their teeth about their real military capabilities or are building cheap, subpar equipment en masse.
Even ignoring that, the invasion of Taiwan would be one of the most complex, difficult amphibious invasions in human history. It's not a flat desert island, it's a mountain fortress raised up by cliff faces. There's very few beaches to actually land on all of which are already ranged in by artillery, which is built into the mountains along with all their airbases (and we've just seen how difficult it is to hit a mountain base) so their missiles need to be really damn accurate to be effective. Even if you do get onto the island you have to traverse narrow mountain roads until you hit the capital city; which is one of the most built up urban environments in the world.
To say China, a nation with next to zero military experience, would steamroll Taiwan and the US at the same time is frankly ill informed at best, and chink shilling at worst.
