I believe I'm mostly done with preparing 14.2 Eclage, just a little more testing. Here are some notes.
>expect good EXP from the Bifrost Tower mobs
>you can get an accessory that warps to the city, same as El Dicastes and Mora
>this update comes with the Cat Hand Warpers, which allow teleportation between New World cities
>some NPCs may mention an item called Malangdo Special Can but ignore it, it's not obtainable(it's cash shop junk)
>all the level checks were changed to 80, the equipment is lv90
>the dailies for Eclage are cooked inside of the regular quest NPCs, it's not something I can turn on and off eaily
>but they give shit exp compared the mobs just outside the city, so I doubt anybody will spend time doing them
>following the same logic as rockridge and mora, mobs outside of the city will drop Splendide Coins(it's not an Eclage coin, it's the same item you could already get by doing quests in Splendide)
>the main use of those is to make and socket the glove accessories
>socket success chance is 5%, it's notoriously shitty even for the standards at the time
