I wanted to take another screenshot but Children of the North Wind placed objects in the fucking sky over 0,0 and it unfortunately created an LOD in that spot.
It has the retarded floating rock issue again, too. I'm gonna have to go into xEdit and delete all changes made to that cell.

It's amazing how modders who edit the vanilla worldspace never actually check 0,0 before releasing the mod. This happened with Fat Skyrim and a bunch of others, too.
