Ok this is where I'm at right now.
Right now I don't intend to do fucking ANYTHING with it, I just wanted to get here and have it serve me as an unmanaged switch with DHCP. So far it seems to be working. I did this thinking this will protect me from a drive-by adoption hijacking my switch if someone brings a Ubiquiti server or some shit onto my network.

Does what I've done so far protect me from this or do I need to do more?
Can I close the server app on my computer and leave it as is, knowing people can't hijack (adopt) the switch without either
a) guessing the password
b) factory resetting the switch, then adopting it

???
Any other info that might be helpful let me know. I bought this not realizing it needed some funky setup, my previous switches all had local configs and hosted as their own "server" with the credentials/etc stored and processed on the devices and I've never used anything Ubiquiti before this.
