I would go for the Prime, not an ASUS shill but they usually put enough effort to avoid appearing as the cheap/budget brand.
ASUS Dual cards were the better base MSRP models for the 4060 & 4070/Super.

Avoid Gigabyte cards that advertise the thermal gel "feature", it's just their way of cost-cutting. And there are QC issues.
