Everyone's trying to act like there's some big dramatic reason for all the graduations, but I can't believe I'm the only one who hasn't noticed the actual consistent pattern between them.

When they all bring up "misalignment with management", here's what I think really happened. Management gave them an ultimatum - learn Japanese or leave. And so the ones that didn't have left.
