oh that's a really tough one. i mean the answer is clearly one out of their first four albums and the prospekt's march ep. they all have their strengths and they're all pretty unique. parachutes probably has some of the highest highs with "high speed" and "shiver" but also has some lows that really drag it down. x&y is in a similar situation with highs like "low" (ironic) and "talk" but some real lame lows.
a rush of blood to the head and viva la vida are very very consistent albums with real gems on each. and the gems for me aren't even he mainstream gems like "the scientist" and "viva la vida" title track. im more into "daylight" and "green eyes" off rush and "42" off viva la vida. i think im gonna have to go with a rush of blood to the head overall. it's just very very well put-together and just barely ekes out the victory.

mylo xyloto is ok. it's only ok. very clearly the beginning of the end for them, and everything since then has been trash.
