You either have terrible taste or I'm getting trolled. Who the fuck would ever argue South of Midnight is better than Indiana Jones? South of Midnight has a good art team and that's literally it. In every other way, it is one of the most rote, paint-by-numbers adventure games I've ever tried. The level design is all corridors, the combat is fucking instanced from the platforming, and the rest is just generic push-crate shit we've seen a billion times. Meanwhile Indiana Jones is like a cross between Dishonored and a Jackie Chan movie and perfectly captures the knockabout fun of the original movies. And the script, acting, cinematics are incredible whereas South of Midnight's story is total amateur hour in every regard. It won best adventure game at DICE for a reason.
