That's exactly what the industry needs in fact, you see what happens when they make games that NEED to sell 10+ mil, you get total slop like ass creed, nu-gow, gost of tsushima, red dead and so on. imagine the kinds of games you could make when not targeting 10 mil sales. capcom for example knew that Kunitsu Gami wouldn't be a million seller and consequently they gave it a smaller dev team, lower budget and it probably turned a profit. now imagine how many games of those size a studio could make instead of a single ass creed developed by 500 people (+1000 jeets) over the course of 5 year dev time.
