- Sam is a Tinker with a specialisation in building, well... buildings. As a result of his efforts the D.F.E.Z. is a lot less run down than it really aught to be, with buildings demolished by super-fights being reconstructed mere days later.
Currently Sam (opperating under the cape name 'Mulciber', after the demonic architect from Paradise Lost) is currently employed by Mr. Money as part of his gang, and as a result his territory is in considerably better condition than most other areas of the city.
