>buy the most top of the line premium pc out there
What would you consider to be "the most top of the line premium PC" exactly? Specs, prices, etc??

Also, unless you're some engineer or scientist doing fancy calculations and simulations 24/7 and hosting your own servers while at it, why would you ever do this?

Mid-tier builds have always been the best bang for the buck for majority of people out there.
If you're fine with the consoles ~25fps at upscaled 792p (no, I did not invent those numbers; that's the average UE5 slop gets on Xbone Series X and PS5), you could make do with some 10 years old Intel i5-6600 + GTX 1050ti 4GB combo.

>play old games
What do consolicucks play again?
Skyrim? Minecraft? 16yo games?
Or remasters and remakes of 20-30 years old vidya, with a 80 dollar price tag?

This honestly sounds like yet another consolitis cope. PC masters CAN play ANY game made the past 50+ years, including those console games of the yesteryears.
Meanwhile, a so-called "console gamer" is mostly stuck with that ONE (1) manufacturer's 1st party offerings + the current mainstream multiplat slop of this very specific generation.
You cannot play Breath Of The Wild on PS5.
You cannot play Metal Gear Solid 4 on Switch 2.
And you cannot play 99.9% of any and all PC games released since the Commodore 64 days on any console as of now, nor any of their countless mods.

>maybe log into random online trash like dota
I've never done that. I mostly play SP and co-op games. I built my first PC back in 2003. Up until then, I was a 100% consoletard, starting with NES and moving up to the next generation whenever one came out + prices dropped a bit.

>90% of the time shitposting
But it's OK when it's ON A PHONE and you do it on TikToks / Social Media / Whatsapp, amIrite, fellow iPhone fag?

>you are still stuck chasing that childhood gaming high that you will never get
Nice projection, kid.
Many new bangers have capture the nostalgic vibe of 1995-2005
