Believe it or not, at one point in time New York City brought in a fucking huge amount of tax revenue for the state of New York.
Now It is a net loss.
The state is bleeding taxes to pay for that gigantic cement mockery of creation.
They decided to run a bussing system to bus black kids out of the city for school, and to bus in white kids from out of the city.
The program was so crooked and broken that the economic modeling showed they could hire a private limosine to drive every child individually cheaper than the bus system.
And that is just one example of one program.
You want NYC out of the red? Put Bill Clinton in charge of it.
