She's supposed to be problematic, a bad influence, indecent, and villain-adjacent. In this panel she's getting on all fours and showing off her almost bare ass to the audience. She knows what she's doing is wrong. But she likes it, because she's a deviant. When you take that away she doesn't seem as villain-adjacent and her inclusion in a group of vigilantes makes less sense.
