Outbreak was banned because with these long DPS phases (except for poptart) you can ramp up nanites and make things too easy. There was allegedly a bug with grand overture, don't know what. Damage is also off, you're doing 2/3 of the damage you're supposed to. He claims it's firing range only but it's everywhere.
