I did not piece it together right away. But, after years of seeing public transit shills, high density housing shills, anti car maniacs, and people who straight-up want to turn my city into a carbon copy of Brooklyn neighborhood that any faggot hipster would love constantly popping up on my feed on the Nextdoor app, I figured it out. All those hipsters that started moving in during the 2010s were actually invaders who all hold the same contrived NPC "values." They're like locusts going from city-to-city and destroying them by turning them all into the same sⲟy metropolitan liberal city, whether it's in California, in Georgia, in the Midwest, literally anywhere regardless of the history of the area, the geography, the demographics, etc.
You say you noticed it in 2015. I go back and I really noticed it beginning in 2010. By 2015, a lot of it was already starting to solidify. Now, it's just accelerating aggressively.
