Would I have a chance with a girl that only speaks to me sporadically?
I met this girl 10 years younger than me at Anime NYC last year and we swapped IGs because she liked my cosplay. Unfortunately she lives in NY and I live in WA (though I travel to NY a lot because my parents and other family still lives there) so all we could do is talk. At first she would take like weeks to reply to my messages but my business has been getting some heat lately and I've been showing that on my socials, so now she usually replies to me pretty quick, like hours or less. We still don't have any long, deep conversations or anything like that.
We did make plans to meet up and do a group cosplay at this year's Anime NYC. I've mentioned to her other times I'm home visiting family but she's never brought up the idea of meeting before the con. She also very clearly doesn't lack for male attention, she's a very small time streamer (gets maybe a few dozen views) and she has a few thousand followers on IG and tiktok. I don't talk to her except on IG.
I know my chances are very slim, and she's probably looking to gold dig me a bit. I'm fully aware of that this makes me pic related, this isn't my first rodeo.
