I think it needs some better texture work, you could detail the wrinkles with higher contrast, maybe model the head covering so it doesn't follow the contour of his head so much.
Though, with low poly it becomes more convincing when it's all together, just the head on its own it's hard to tell what it is, but with the fully body suit it won't be too bad.
