I havent, but If you want fairly standard looking and cheap NA try just grabbing some bolt action winter germans/americans sprues for guys with trench coats, and then wargames atlantics WW1 British heads. They have gasmasks as well as other useful bits in there. Im putting some together even though I dont play NA just because they were so cheap.
