Your painting and decal application is good but good Emperor learn to make bases.
They are all over the place. Way too much colors not complementing each others, drawing the eye out of the models, none have believable vegetation and some are just "mud with a patch of perfectly clean herb"

At least you didn't use cork and do lava.
But honestly, this is constructive criticism. You can 10X the look of some of your model by just burning the base and starting over.

Think about the bases as something in and of itself that you apply the model too instead of an afterthought. You need to have continuity and something believable.
